1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1. Prescription Medications: Due to regulatory restrictions, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for prescription medications once they have been dispensed and shipped. It's essential to double-check your order before confirming it.
1.2. Customs Seizure: If you have purchased medicines without prescriptions, and customs have seized your parcel, then you are unable to claim a refund.
1.3. Over-the-Counter (OTC) Products: You may request a refund for OTC products within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Refund Process for OTC Products
2.1. To initiate a refund, please contact our Customer Support team at contact@mysafepill.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the refund request.
2.2. Our team will send you details on how to return the product after processing your request. The returned item must be unopened & should be in its original packaging and in the same condition when you have received it.
2.3. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund. Refunds will be made using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
3. Shipping Costs
3.1. If the refund is approved for an eligible OTC product, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Unless the return is due to an error on our side (e.g., incorrect item received), you will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.
4. Refund Timeline
4.1. Once we receive the returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect the product and process the refund.
4.2. The refund processing time may vary based on your payment method and financial institution. Please allow us some additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Exceptions
5.1. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
5.2. Incorrect Item Shipped: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Our team will send you the details on how to return the wrong item and arrange for the proper item to be shipped.
